I haven't made anything jewellery related for an age. I've been researching some things for a book which gave me an idea for another book, so I've had those on the go which started a germ of an idea for a third. Obviously a line has had to be drawn though or I'll just keep spiralling off at tangents and not get anything written at all.
I have been knitting again too, the Winter will do that to you though, it was once I was fully stocked with hats, mitts and scarves that I opened the store. It was opening the store which has kick-started my jewelling again.

I use pretty papers in the altered steel washers, scrabble tiles and paper beads. As you can see from the above picture I'm feeling a little punk/billy, I've always liked neon animal prints so I whacked a few of those out and also some heart designs - it will soon be Valentine's Day after all.
After some issues with my glaze I got a batch of altered steel washers done and also some tubular paper beads.
I have a few plans for those, in fact more plans than beads so I had better get back to it.
